At Chantecaille, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, we accept returns of unopened and lightly used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all products are secure to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
